(2) Participated in the special research of the "China Association for Promoting Democracy" and formed a proposal titled "Encouraging Social Forces to Actively Organize Vocational Education," which was submitted to the Fifth Session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). The proposal received enthusiastic responses from representatives at the NPC and CPPCC and was reported by major media outlets such as CPC News and China Education News Web.
