Fan Xiuli received an academic doctor’s degree in Hiroshima University in Japan, specializing in Education and Culture. She worked as a foreign researcher in the Graduate School of Human Sciences, Osaka University in Japan; a researcher in the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Innovation Base of Education System with Chinese Characteristics in Beijing Normal University; a distinguished professor in the College of Education, Capital Normal University; and a distinguished researcher in the Graduate School of International Development of Nagoya University in Japan. Fan Xiuli is currently working in the College of Education in Capital Normal University and has been engaged in field research combining theory with practice for a long time.
