Graduated from Beijing Normal University as the Ph.D. in education, Zhenghua Chen , is the associate professor and the master tutor of Capital Normal University. As the executive director of the Educational Law Research Association of the Beijing Law Society and China Education Development Strategy Society, his research field includes educational law and extra-school education. Chen is the lecturer of "Basic Education", "Educational Research Methods", and "Education Policy and Regulations" and has participated in the demonstration, drafting and revision of a number of laws, regulations and normative documents. In 2008, he won the 5th Beijing University Education Science and Technology Outstanding Achievement Award, and won the 4th National Education Science Research Outstanding Achievement Award in 2011.
